Yoga flows to start my weekend strong

Starting your weekend with a strong and energizing yoga flow is an excellent choice! Here’s a dynamic sequence to kick off your weekend:

1. **Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)**: A few rounds to warm up the body and awaken your energy.


2. **Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)**: Builds strength and stability in your legs and core.


3. **Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)**: Stretches and strengthens your entire body, focusing on the sides.


4. **Chair Pose (Utkatasana)**: Engages your legs and core, giving you a power boost.


5. **Plank Pose**: Builds core strength and upper body endurance.


6. **Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)**: A great all-over stretch and rejuvenation pose.


7. **Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)**: Opens up the chest and strengthens the back.


8. **Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)**: Strengthens the back and legs while opening the front of the body.


9. **Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)**: Releases tension in the hamstrings and lower back.


10. **Child’s Pose (Balasana)**: Finish with a moment of rest and relaxation.
